Install electrical wiring using volt meters, amp meters, etc.Use experience, training and machine knowledge to determine root causes of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) issues complete necessary repair and make programming changes in control ladder logic.Perform electronic repairs throughout the building and on all machines following plant and department guidelines and processes.Work within and adhere to GPI’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Relationships and Teamwork.JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include, but are not limited to the following. They understand and align business operations and the Maintenance Department as he/she executes their role to exceed customer expectations and align with GPI business, cultural, financial and operational objectives. Additionally, s/he will assist Maintenance with the installation of electrical wires of new equipment, assist external contractors, and repair Programmable Logic Control (PLC) issues as needed. JOB SUMMARY: The Electrician will perform electrical repairs throughout the building and on all equipment.
